I just visited the restaurant and the food was good, the service Nice, the music pleasant and the best was the view. It's a beautiful place todo stay
Excellent lication, superb service and warm accomodations. The rooms were big but coxu with two beds and cable TV. Room service food items were as fresh as if you were eating in the restaurant. The pool and other ammenities were maintained clean everyday and close to the rooms. Breakfast snd dinner was excellent. They have live music in both creating a romantic environment. The service and prizes were excellent. We will go there next year to celebraye our 25 aniversary.

I loved this place ! Beautiful terraces, delicious food, excellent customer service!!!!!!There is live music every morning for breakfast. Rooms are clean. My only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star is because the rooms need a little remodeling and updating but I would definitely stay here again!!!
Nice not expensive hotel to stay. There are villas for up to six people. Perhaps what more attracts me is their restaurant Los Alcatraces.
I went for breakfast, it was a buffet, there was a very wide variety and dishes out of the ordinary, there were different kinds of fruits and juices, freshly baked bread, traditional mexican food with a twist and even vegetarian choices. In general, the food is very good . The ambiance was nice and the restaurant has an spectacular view of the city. There is live music while you eat. Even though it is a buffet, there is a waiter and the service provided exceeded my expectations.
